Request a  preliminary fee proposal for the  procurement of OS&E.  Please confirm the following to  robert@robertdunn.eu:

• Hotel facilities – number of guest rooms, bars, restaurants, conference and banqueting  rooms.
• Standard of hotel.
• Name of  the hotel operator if available.
• Anticipated date of opening.

I will then provide a fee proposal  with an essential document   listing  what is included and what is not included in the OS&E scope.
